Terms · effective 18 August 2026 · version 1.3

Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service describe the conditions under which a reader may access and use the Bralkon Journal website, an independent editorial publication covering men's nutrition, food supplement habits, and daily wellness routines for readers in Indonesia. By browsing any page of this website or by submitting the contact form, a reader agrees to these terms in full. If a reader does not agree with any part of these terms, the appropriate step is to stop using the website. These terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which are incorporated here by reference and describe how information connected with this website is handled.

1. Scope of this document

These terms apply to every page published under the Bralkon Journal domain, to the contact form on the Contact page, and to any correspondence exchanged with the editorial desk once a reader has made contact through the website. They do not extend to any external website that a reader may reach by following a link from an article, and they do not create any relationship between Bralkon Journal and an external publisher whose products or services are described in editorial content. Where a specific page includes an additional notice, such as a caption describing the source of an image, that notice applies in addition to, and does not replace, these general terms. A reader who is uncertain whether a particular page or feature falls within the scope of these terms is welcome to write to [email protected] before relying on it.

2. Editorial purpose and nature of the content

Bralkon Journal publishes general-interest editorial articles about food supplement categories, nutrition habits, and daily wellness routines relevant to adult men in Indonesia. Articles are written to describe ingredients, common usage patterns, and publicly available nutritional information in a measured, descriptive way, and they are not written as personalised guidance for any individual reader's circumstances. Content on this website is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional, and a reader who has a specific personal question about diet, supplementation, or an existing condition should raise that question with an appropriately qualified professional rather than relying solely on an article published here. Nothing on this website should be read as an instruction to take, avoid, or discontinue any particular product, and readers remain responsible for their own decisions after considering the information available to them.

3. Accuracy and currency of information

The editorial team takes reasonable care to keep published articles clear, well sourced, and reasonably current at the time of publication, and each article carries a publication date so that a reader can judge how recent the information is. Nutritional research, product formulations, and packaging can change after an article is published, and we do not undertake to update every article each time a small change occurs in the underlying subject matter. Where an error is identified in a published article, we aim to correct it promptly and, where the correction is significant, to note the date of the correction near the affected passage. Readers are encouraged to check current product packaging and other reliable, up-to-date sources before making a personal decision based on information found on this website.

4. Data collected through use of this website

Use of this website may involve the collection of limited information as described in full in the Privacy Policy, including the content of any contact form submission and standard server log information generated automatically when a page is requested. These terms do not themselves authorise any use of that information beyond what is described in the Privacy Policy, and the legal basis, retention periods, and recipients of that information are set out there rather than repeated in full here. By submitting the contact form, a reader confirms that any personal information included in the message, such as a name or email address, is accurate and that the reader is authorised to share it with us for the purpose of receiving a reply. A reader who wants that information corrected or deleted should follow the rights procedure described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The text, layout, brand elements, and original editorial material published on this website belong to Bralkon Journal unless a different owner is credited on the specific page, for example where a quoted source is attributed. A reader may link to any page of this website and may quote a short passage for the purpose of commentary or discussion, provided that the source is credited with a link back to the original article. Reproduction of a substantial part of an article, or republication of an article in full on another website or in another publication, requires prior written permission from the editorial desk, which can be requested by writing to [email protected]. Any trademark, logo, or brand name belonging to a third party that appears in an article is used only for identification within an editorial context and remains the property of its respective owner.

6. Reader conduct and correspondence

A reader who submits the contact form agrees to keep the content of the message lawful, relevant to the purpose of the form, and respectful toward the editorial team and other readers. A sender confirms that they hold the necessary rights to share any material included in a message, and that the message does not contain content that infringes a third party's rights or that is misleading, defamatory, or unlawful under applicable law. Bralkon Journal may decline to respond to, or may remove from its systems, a message that raises a security concern, that appears to be automated or unsolicited commercial content, or that otherwise falls outside the ordinary purpose of editorial correspondence. Repeated misuse of the contact form for a purpose unrelated to editorial correspondence may result in messages from the sender being disregarded without individual acknowledgement.

7. Third-party services used to operate this website

This website relies on a small number of third-party services to function, including web font delivery through Google Fonts and an interactive location map through the Google Maps Platform, both operated by Google LLC, as well as commercial hosting and content delivery infrastructure that stores the website's files and logs on our behalf. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices, and Bralkon Journal is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of a third-party service beyond the specific integration described here. Where an article references an external product, brand, or publication for editorial context, that reference does not imply an endorsement, partnership, or business relationship between Bralkon Journal and the party referenced, unless such a relationship is explicitly stated on the page.

8. International hosting and data handling

Because the third-party providers described in section 7 operate infrastructure outside Indonesia, including in jurisdictions such as the United States and Singapore, technical information generated by use of this website may be processed in those countries as described in more detail in the Privacy Policy. A reader who accesses this website from outside Indonesia does so on their own initiative and is responsible for compliance with any local law that may apply to their own use of the internet in their location. These terms are otherwise intended to apply consistently regardless of the country from which a reader accesses the website, subject to any mandatory local consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

9. Availability and technical changes

Bralkon Journal aims to keep the website accessible on a consistent basis but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, since factors such as maintenance, hosting provider outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control can affect access from time to time. We may add, remove, or modify a page, a feature, or the overall design of the website at any time without prior notice, and we may suspend access to the website temporarily for maintenance or security reasons. Where a planned interruption is expected to be significant, we will aim to note this on the website in advance where practical, though this is not always possible for urgent technical or security work.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bralkon Journal, its editorial staff, and its contributors are not liable for a decision a reader makes after reading an article published on this website, since editorial content is provided for general information rather than as personalised guidance for a specific individual's circumstances. We are similarly not liable for loss or damage arising from temporary unavailability of the website, from a technical fault in a third-party service described in section 7, or from content on an external website reached through a link from an article. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indonesian consumer protection law, and where such a mandatory liability applies, these terms should be read as limited only to the extent the law allows.

11. Complaints and contact procedure

A reader who has a concern about the content of an article, the operation of the website, or these terms more generally can write to [email protected], send correspondence by post to Bralkon Journal, Jalan Thamrin No. 12, 10350 Jakarta Pusat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia, or telephone +62 21 2184 7202 during office hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 WIB. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within five business days and to provide a substantive response within thirty calendar days, and where a complaint concerns a factual claim in a published article, we will confirm in our response whether a correction has been made or explain why we consider the original text to be accurate. If a reader disagrees with the outcome of a complaint handled under these terms, they retain any right available to them under applicable Indonesian law to pursue the matter further.

12. Governing law, changes, and revision log

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rule that applies regardless of choice of law. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in how the website operates or changes in applicable law, and where a change is significant we will update the effective date and version number shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after an updated version has been published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for future use, though it does not retroactively apply to conduct that occurred before the update. The current and past revisions of these terms are summarised here: version 1.0 was published on 12 January 2026 and set out the original scope, editorial purpose, and intellectual property terms; version 1.1 was published on 4 April 2026 to add the section on third-party services following the introduction of the Google Maps Platform embed on the Contact page; version 1.2 was published on 22 June 2026 to add the liability and governing law sections; version 1.3, the version currently in effect, was published on 18 August 2026 to expand the sections on data handling, international hosting, and the complaints procedure with more concrete detail.
